Printed Sorter Parts Kit
Current lead time: 1–2 weeks. These kits are made to order and are not stocked inventory.
This kit includes all primary printed components required to assemble a Sorter system. Bins are not included.
The kit includes one conversion assembly with bearings pre-installed. Please select your preferred conversion when placing your order.
To simplify assembly, the heated insert required for the classifier base is installed prior to shipping, eliminating alignment concerns during installation.
Due to the nature of 3D-printed components, minor fitting or adjustment may be required during assembly.

Parts are printed using the latest versions available from the project's GitHub repository, or updated versions developed by us.
Any revised parts are fully compatible with the recommended components listed in the project buy list.
Revised parts should be considered optional upgrades or improvements over the original files.
All printed components are supplied in black unless otherwise specified.

If you would like feed tubes keyed for the BF556 system, please email us after purchase with your order number and request BF556-compatible feed tubes.
The kit also includes two offset mounts (not shown in product photos). These allow a case feeder to be mounted on a second pole for improved drop tube alignment.
