- Printed parts kits limited Warranty -
I will replace at my discretion any printed part if its a functional issue from me. Cosmetic issues are not a valid reason for replacement. You will get useable parts.
If you broke a part or filed something a little too much or stripped a hole I will offer you a fair price for a replacement part if you messed up something. We are all humans. It happens. If something is damaged in shipping use the contact me page.
- Pre assembled and tested units -
For printed parts on Assembled units same printed parts limited warranty applies.
Electronics provided are warrantied for 30 days starting the day you get the unit. If they break they will be replaced. DO NOT open the electronics box I repeat DO NOT open the electronics box. I do not want you to fry anything or hurt yourself start a fire ect. Any issues, damage or injury caused by the user opening the box, fiddling with wiring, user self adding something or changing a jumper voids the warranty.
If an issue arises we may need to do a little trouble shooting to figure out where the problem is. Minor parts swapping may be asked of you to self replace a part that will be provide as part of the warranty. Unreasonable end user replacement or deep diagnostic/replacement of parts I will provide a shipping label for you to return stuff to me for repair or replacement and I will ship it back to you. My aim is to make this as painless as possible for you and me.
If the warranty has passed and something breaks replacement parts can be made available for purchase from me. If you prefer to rebuild with your own parts feel free the warranty has expired anyways. Opening the electronics box for whatever reason after the warranty has expired means you are now taking it upon yourself to repair/replace/tinker and any issues including but not limited to damage, injury, fire ect are now on you.
- Software related -
In the event a new software revision requires updating the arduino code, you would follow Seths guide on how to program/update the Arduino code. Software related issues or updates is not covered under electronics warranty. If you dont feel comfortable updating the Arduino code for whatever reason I can offer you a update service. - I opened the electronics box and fiddled around and now my stuff doesnt work or is malfunctioning-
Replacement parts will be made available for purchase. I get it you were just curious. I will help you get running but will not replace parts due to user negligence.
- I dropped part xyz and now its broke

- Release of Liability -
Purchase and use of products in a safe manner is the responability of the buyer/user. Not intended for use with live ammunition or by use of persons under the age of 18. User should wear eye protection and keep long hair or loose clothing ect away from the unit while in operation. Do not leave unattended. Always unplug power when not in use. Seller is not liable for injury, death, fire ect from use or misuse of products.
